Payment
Payment in full must be received before any items are dispatched. All Product Prices, Features And Specifications Are Subject To Change Without Notice. The 'Little Black Box Shop' is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not included in the price, nor will it be added. The price quoted is the price to be paid. All prices include any UK tax and duty, (if applicable), but this does not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non EC countries. Please check with your countries customs office for further details.

Delivery
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once they are delivered. All items are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. Damages / shortages must be notified to within 48 hours of delivery. The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission.

Cancellations / Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an item has already been sent, we won't be able to refund the delivery charge and you will need to either refuse or return the item at your cost. Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods.

Warranties
All new items come with a standard 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. This does not include abuse or mis-use.

Faulty Goods
If the fault is due to manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 7 days of purchase.

After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods must be returned at the customer's cost and liability.

For the duration of the warranty any faults due to manufacturer defect will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Once repaired, goods will be returned to a UK address at no charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Manager's discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.

7 Day Returns Policy
Goods may be returned up to 7 days after date of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that:

1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold.
2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered or custom made at the customer's request. (Unless agreed when ordered).
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.

Delivery and collection charges are not refundable.
